Members of the research group should commit to provide an active contribution to the development of the research lines identified by the publication of scientific papers in international journals and participation in national and international conferences. This contribution is fundamental to achieve the key criteria given by the Foundation for Science and Technology. As evaluation references the following areas are presented:

  • Merit of the results of scientific activity;
  • Relevance of the activity of current and planned research;
  • Internationalization of scientific activities;
  • Organization and work environment;
  • Resources for the research activity;
  • Dissemination of the results of the activity and actions to promote scientific culture.

and

  • Publications of the research team in major scientific journals, development of prototypes and registration of patents and activities of transferring knowledge and technology;
  • Supervision of graduate students, post-doctoral involvement in the activities and training of young researchers.
